As a new construction home, our clients envisioned open-concept spaces that would feel both sophisticated and approachable. We approached the interiors with a focus on warmth and balance—designing a home that feels elevated yet deeply livable for everyday life.

Rooted in a modern interpretation of Texas Hill Country style, the palette centers on refined neutrals layered with natural materials. Warm wood beams, soft upholstery, and a variety of stone finishes create depth and texture while maintaining a cohesive, calming foundation throughout the home.

Thoughtful details bring a sense of quiet refinement to each space—from tailored furnishings and custom millwork to lighting selections that reinforce the home’s architectural rhythm. The open living areas are designed for gathering, while still offering moments of intimacy and comfort.

The result is a home that feels both timeless and fresh—where clean lines meet organic materials, and where beauty and function exist in effortless balance.
