Our Overlook Pass project has been selected for the cover of LUXE Magazine’s January/February Austin + San Antonio issue, hitting stands this January. We couldn’t be more honored.
This home has been special to us from the very beginning. Perched above the Hill Country, Overlook Pass was designed as a true modern family haven. It's a home that balances contemporary Austin architecture with warmth, texture, and a deep connection to the outdoors. Seeing it recognized in LUXE feels like a meaningful full-circle moment.
In the feature, LUXE describes the home as a place where layered, tactile interiors soften modern architecture and invite real life to unfold—kids, friends, gatherings, quiet moments, and all. That intention guided every decision, from material selections to how each space feels to live in, not just photograph.
